R-407C
( R-32 / R-125 / R-134A )
A zeotropic refrigerant blend comprising a mixture of three refrigerants, R32, R125 and R134a. While non-flammable and non-toxic, it comes into effect to increase the efficiency of refrigerants and to control the harm of the environment. It has been designed to match properties of R22 but with low GWP and ODP to replace it.
In the data centre for computer room air conditioning, it is the most common refrigerant with R410a. But specific sectors couldn’t restrict it over to themselves and R407c intensively is being used in various refrigeration sectors in chillers and residential.
It’s less harm to the environment property with ODP (Ozone Depletion Layer) remains zero while GWP (Global Warming Potential) lesser than R22.
